Meditative Qigong

5-part Series

Through the use of qigong you can be empowered to manifest the health and well-being you desire.  A set of mindful, physical and energetic tools, this ancient, eastern practice allows you to heal obstacles and create new (and reinforce existing) beneficial pathways inside and outside the body.

In this 5-part series you will develop:

  • Abilities to sense, move and work with your own qi (personal energy)
  • Practices in meditation that support working with your qi
  • Basic understanding in the system and principles of the five primary organs and elements that guide your health
  • Skills to keep your own qi intact, and in integrity, to protect yourself and others from unintentional harm
